Her program will focuses on achieving health goals by removing Toxins, Stress and flooding body with the nutrients The Coaching is comprehensive and involves Yoga, mindfulness and cooking technique classes for quick and healthy meal prep.

Mindful living club worked with me with great care and I had sustainable results . I got educated and became self-reliant and learnt what work for my body to stay healthy. It was beyond all fad programs Bushra worked with me by motivating me and helping me define why I am doing the program and kept my focus on it; I constantly was in touch of my goals. My reason was to be able to spend good time with my kids and to be able to attend and shine at the reunion after 30 years
