Trained in Western medicine, she brings a depth of understanding in chronic disease management, particularly related to kidney health, hypertension, diabetes, and metabolic disorders.
Her transition from traditional medical practice to holistic care was inspired by her desire to empower individuals to take ownership of their well-being beyond pharmaceuticals — through movement, breath, mindfulness, and lifestyle change.

Dr. Sunderrajan is a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, trained through both the Yoga Shakthi Studio in California and the Heartfulness Institute in India. She holds additional certifications in:
